What is ShopRAR?

ShopRAR is a premier online destination offering limited-time flash sales of South Asian fashion brands at insider prices. Shop new sales featuring the best names in South Asian women's fashion. 

How long do the sales last?

ShopRAR is aimed at offering Indian clothes for sale for a limited time. Each brand offers a collection that is on sale for only 72 hours and then it's gone. So act quickly and don’t let these amazing prices pass you by!

How do I know when the sales are?

Think of ShopRAR as a pop up Indian fashion sale site. We will advise you of sales on all of our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Because you never know when the next fashion sale will pop up, make sure to follow us everywhere so you don't miss the amazing prices! You can also subscribe to our mailing list to get e-mails about what brands and when the sales are being held! Remember, the only way to know when the next online sale goes live is to follow us!

How does ShopRAR offer such incredible prices?

We have partnered up with some fabulous Indian designers to give our shoppers access to quality Indian fashion clothing at these discounted prices.

Does ShopRAR charge tax or duties?

ShopRAR is required to charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence. Currently we operate out of New Jersey and are required to charge tax to items shipped within the Garden State.

For customers within India, all prices specified on the site are inclusive of Indian taxes. For customers outside India, customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

Are the products really from the brand?

Yes! Partnering up with these brands gives us the ability to 100% guarantee that what you buy from ShopRAR is genuine.

How do I know what size I am?

Each designer has their own sizing guides which are provided in the description. Please check the measurements against your own body type. Most items will be "made to order" meaning you will provide your body measurements.

How do I know if the item is in stock?

The item will be in stock unless “out of stock” is indicated in the description. Because the prices are so incredible and we don’t want anyone to miss out, we can’t hold items in your cart for long. Items held in your cart may be purchased by other customers until you checkout, so don’t waste any time!

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply visit your Account page to track when your order was placed, the date your order is shipped and other steps in the process. We will also send you e-mails along the way as your order is processed and shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The items you have purchased are items that we do not possess in our inventory and are shipped directly from the vendor. Therefore the estimated delivery dates will be more extended (1-6 weeks). Please note that estimated delivery dates for an order are provided on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can only cancel or modify your order for ten minutes after the order has been submitted. To do so, please contact support@shoprar.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Within this ten minute window a member of our Customer Service team can remove an item from your order, change your shipping address, shipping method or payment option. Once an order has been cancelled, or an item removed from an order, we cannot reinstate it. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

What packaging will my order arrive in?

To assure you that you are receiving genuine products in the best condition possible, you will receive the items you purchased directly from the designer in their packaging. You will receive an electronic receipt from ShopRAR. For any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, contact ShopRAR at support@Shoprar.com.

What is your Return Policy?

We are committed to providing you quality designer pieces at the deepest discount possible and to do so we are mindful of other costs such as returns. Also, because we’re refreshing our inventory daily to offer you a fresh selection, we’re unable to house some returned items.

This means we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for most items. On items that are eligible for returns, we provide store credit for future use that will never expire. Each item will have the return policy provided in the description.

What if the item I receive is damaged?

We assure you that the products we are shipping to you are in the best of condition when leaving their warehouse. However, damage during the shipment process is always possible. We’ll work to resolve the problem immediately—simply contact us at support@shoprar.com for a quick response.

Will ShopRAR store my personal information and keep it safe?

ShopRAR does store your personal information like your email address, name, and billing address as we want to make your next shopping experience as smooth as possible. We absolutely assure you that we would never sell any of your personal information to an outside vendor. Take a look at our privacy page for more details.
